Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Coordinator to join a global manufacturing business, based in Warrington. The successful candidate will manage the day to day running of the office, to ensure effective functioning of operations and managefacilities services.Client DetailsOur client, based in Warrington, is a global manufacturing and production business providing efficient solutions to a wide range of sectors. They are looking for an Office Coordinator to coordinate the day to day running of the office, including facilitiesmanagement and health and safety.DescriptionDuties of the Office Coordinator role include:

  • Provide administrative support to the office
  • Manage facilities management activities, and ensure data and records are upheld
  • Management of the booking system - coordinating meetings and preparing necessary material
  • Ownership of the IT systems, ensuring all employees have the relevant equipment
  • Requisitions for office supplies
  • POC for all contractor services
  • Oversee Health and Safety procedures
  • Ownership of fire safety in line with Health & Safety regulations
ProfileThe successful candidate will be/have:
  • Experience in an Office Coordinator/ Manager role
  • Understanding of facilities management
  • Strong communication with the ability to look after a range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
