Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team.As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations. Reporting directly to the Office Manager and General Manager of UK Operations, you will be responsible for various administrative tasksto support the efficiency of our business.Key Responsibilities:- Report to the Office Manager & General Manager of UK Operations- Perform basic accounting duties, including invoicing, proforma invoicing, raising POs, and addressing invoice queries- Oversee general office operations to maintain a productive and organised work environment- Answer incoming phone calls, providing exceptional service to customers- Input data into the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records- Handle email correspondence, filing, shredding, and other supporting tasks as neededIdeal Candidate Profile:The ideal Office Administrator for our team will possess the following skills and experiences:- Experience in general office administration- Some background in accounting- Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to commute to WarringtonWhat They Offer:Joining the team means becoming a valued member of a close-knit, family-oriented business.
