Reporting directly to the Office Manager and General Manager of UK Operations, you will be responsible for various administrative tasksto support the efficiency of our business.Key Responsibilities:- Report to the Office Manager & General Manager of UK Operations- Perform basic accounting duties, including invoicing, proforma invoicing, raising POs, and addressing invoice queries- Oversee general office operations to maintain a productive and organised work environment- Answer incoming phone calls, providing exceptional service to customers- Input data into the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records- Handle email correspondence, filing, shredding, and other supporting tasks as neededIdeal Candidate Profile:The ideal Office Administrator for our team will possess the following skills and experiences:- Experience in general office administration- Some background in accounting- Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to commute to WarringtonWhat They Offer:Joining the team means becoming a valued member of a close-knit, family-oriented business.
