Contact Recruitment are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for their busy client based in Woolston, Warrington. Job DescriptionThe Nursey is is situated in the Woolston area of Warrington My client thrives on their children learning and developing with a committed and highly educated staff team. They are currently looking for a full-time (35 hours per week) and part-time (25 hours per week) Nursey Practitioner to join their team. You must be qualified NVQ Level 3 Childcare to apply for this role. Salary is as follows: £7.03 for 18-20 year olds £9.38 for 21-22 year olds £9.70 for 23 and overs. Essential Experience Required; Provide high quality childcare To have and up to date knowledge of the EYFS/Development Matters To be self motivated and enthusiastic Safeguarding all Babies and Young Children within your care. To show commitment and dedication to the Nursery To be inclusive for all Babies, Young Children and Families To Observe and Plan for Childrens Development To understand and implement the Characteristics of Effective Learning To be able to work as a team and show a can do attitude. To be able to build strong bonds with your key children and their parents. Requirements and qualifications of a Nursery Nurse Level 3 role: Level 3 Qualification or above; CACHE, BTEC or NVQ in childcare At Least 3 Years Childcare Experience in a Nursery Setting Ideally you must live within a 20-minute commutable distance Understanding of play based approach to childrens learning and development An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) To be able to display consistent good practise and work in a positive manner. For your passion of childcare to be shown through day to day activities. Excellent communication skills to have had experience with children aged 1-5 years. To be able to show a willing and cando attitude. Specific tasks To support children throughout indoor and outdoor activities and to be enthusiastic throughout child led based play To support children during meal times and ensure meal times are a sociable time for the childrenProvide our children with comfort, warmth and a safe environment Supporting children with hand washing and drying and a self service routine To be able to work as part of a team To support parent partnerships effectively Attending all appraisals, supervisions, staff meetings and training to support self development tasks To undergo regular training to support staff development and the safety of all children Paediatric First Aid Safeguarding
