National Contracts Administrator role available in Warrington.Are you passionate about delivering excellent service and helping businesses thrivePrimary Purpose of theNational Contracts Administrator Role:Support the key account and regional sales team in retaining Preventative Maintenance contracts nationally. Submit and secure quotations or tenders in accordance with the company estimating rules and in line with pricing policies and targeted time frames.Always provide customers with excellent service standards and promote company product/service offerings.National Contracts Administrator Key Tasks:- Internal Communication: Coordinate communication within the team.- Customer Enquiries: Address customer inquiries via email and phone.- National Renewal Tenders/Quotes: Manage national renewal tenders and quotes.- Assist Sales Team: Support the sales team with new tenders and quotes.- Customer Relations: Maintain and manage customer relationships.- Quotes & Orders Processing: Lead in quotes and order processing focusing on fast turnarounds.- Follow-up: Follow up on quotes and orders to ensure customer satisfaction.- Sales Opportunities: Identify and maximise sales opportunities.- Key Account Administration: Assist with key account administrative tasks.- Customer Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer issues effectively.- Quality Management: Adhere to Quality Management Systems (QMS) guidelines.Key Requirements for theNational Contracts Administrator Role:- Computer literate- Well-organised- Proficient in handling large amounts of data- Excellent communication skills- Team player- Self-starter- Strong planning abilities- Good interpersonal skills- FlexibleNational Contracts Administrator Key Accountabilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for national customers and issue tenders/quotes on behalf of all depots.- Send renewal quotes to national customers.- Complete administrative duties.National Contracts Administrator Specification:- Experience with Microsoft Office and a strong working knowledge of Outlook (Essential).- Contract administration experience (Preferred).What’s in it for you
