Job Description

Are you an experienced B2B Marketing Manager looking for a new challenging role Due to internal promotion, our national Marketing department has a fantastic opportunity to join the established and high performing team.We are looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional to create sector and product strategies and deliver sales driving and brand-building marketing plans across our commercial portfolio and with a lead focus in the construction sector. The role offerssignificant variety through its contribution using all channels to all our UK B2B sectors as well as specialism through delivering expertise in the Construction industry.In this role, you will be supported to drive fuel, alternative energy, related products and consultancy sales growth through targeted multi-channel marketing activities and campaigns, including brand building, lead generation and industry influencing.Together with your strong digital marketing skillset and passion for continuous improvement, your excellent stakeholder management and communication skills will be key to effectively delivering in our complex matrix-style structure and your strong commercialacumen and analytical skills are crucial, for market/customer/activity analysis to drive continuous performance improvement.Were looking for:

  • Minimum of 6 years in a generalist Marketing role is desirable
  • Experience of delivering and managing B2B multi-channel marketing activity and campaigns - significant evidence of having developed effective customer insight and translated this into successful customer propositions and initiatives across the channel mix
  • Digital marketing skillset and experience including, SEO, PPC, remarketing, automation
  • CMS literacy - Wordpress preferable
  • CRM competency - Microsoft Dynamics preferable
  • Marketing/Content/Demand Automation experience
  • Highly numerate with budget management experience
  • Commercially astute and ability to demonstrate ROI
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised with solid project management skills
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and to take responsibility for driving delivery of key projects
