Job Description

Digital Marketing ExecutiveWarrington - Office based( Flexible)We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join an existing and highly functioning marketing team.We’re looking for someone who is equally confident at both the creative and the analytic side of marketing. You will be a key contributor to the commercial success of the business and proactively support in the management of our digital marketing function.The successful candidate needs to be, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, analytical thinker with acore knowledge of social media, Google Ads, SEO experience. An individual with a can-doattitude and be able to step up to the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment withaccuracy and reliability.As Digital Marketing Executive , you will:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing the digital marketing strategy and
budgetary requirements
  • Develop, implement, track, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across all digital
channels, including:
  • Implementing the SEO strategy to increase the number of visitors to website(s)
and achieve high-ranking placements in search results
  • Manage and track performance for Google AdWords
  • Manage and track performance for social media advertising campaigns
  • Implement the organic social media strategy and increase user engagement,traffic to our websites and the number of followers across multiple social media channels
  • Create impactful and creative copy for all the above and work closely with design agencies to support your digital campaigns
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually reporting when needed or requested for a multitude of purposes
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across the multiple channels and outline improvements (i.e., usability based on learnings from Google Analytics and HotJar)
  • Creation of automated customer email campaigns within relevant software systems
  • Support with updates across the company and JV websites
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and own workload
What were looking for:Youll ideally have a marketing or business-related degree or equivalent• 5 years’ proven experience managing Google Ads/SEO specifically• A comprehensive knowledge of online user behaviours and how to target users with thatknowledge• Commercial acumen with the ability to demonstrate ROAS on ads and good budgetarymanagement skills• Experience of creating and delivering integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns alongwith excellent planning and organisation skills• Experience with marketing analytics tools and emailing platformsThis role is an Office based role.The position is full time, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm• Holiday entitlement is 23 days rising to 25 days• Increased ension contribution from commencement.• Salary commensurate with experience and level of the role.Free onsite parkingCompany eventsRequired skills
