Tradewind Recruitment is searching for a Maintenance Officer to support a Primary School in Warrington.This is a full-time position, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate starting from mid September. The role will be a split shift position with working hours as 7am-10am and 2pm-6pm Monday to Friday (term time). During the school holidays,the working hours will be 8am-4pm but this can be amended.The successful candidate will be responsible for the building maintenance, cleanliness, security and maintenance of furnishings, fixtures, plant and heavy equipment. This role is integral to the safe and efficient running of the school and its surroundingfacilities. As a result, it is essential that you have prior experience as a Maintenance Officer in a school setting.In order to be successful for this Maintenance Officer role, you will need:
