We are currently looking for a IT 2nd Line Analysts to join an MSP based in the Warrington area. As the IT 2nd Line Analyst you will be part of a service desk team providing 1st and 2nd line support to resolve issues that come into the service desk.Key duties and responsibilities:Your duties as the IT 2nd Line Analyst will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:1. You will support the 1st and 2nd line teams to resolve issues that come into the Service Desk.2. As a IT 2nd Line Analyst you it will have experience with technologies including Citrix XenDesktop 7.15 and later, VMware and Hyper-V and Active Directory including knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.3. You will also be involved in completing relevant and skilled investigations, before escalating to 3rd and take pride in ensuring that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined service level targets.Role requirements:1. Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and must be fully competent in IT functional area.2. Proven industry experience of being the critical point of contact in an organisation, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs.3.
