Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join the team at one of the UKs leading engineering companies based in Warrington.About the companyOur client is a direct subsidiary of their manufacture parent and is responsible to assist customers throughout the UK & Ireland with everything from sales and spare parts to servicing and support of the companys full product range. Their vision isto improve excavator flexibility, productivity and efficiency while enhancing the user experience and task capability for the operator.They are a family-owned business of over 70 years with a head office and most of their production located in northern Sweden, although their companies can now be found in markets all over the world. Together, our employees around the world are changing anentire industry, by shifting the boundaries of what can be achieved with an excavator. This is where you come in...About the roleAs an Internal Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handle incoming web/phone sales enquiries
  • Provide quotations and supporting information as required
  • Develop goodproduct knowledge to answer customer questions
  • Schedule follow-ups of customer contact, quotes etc.
  • Achieve targets set for quotes/contact/sales won/upselling
  • Identifying, Developing relationships with potential clients
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing clients,
  • Sharing relevant industry/sector information with the rest of the team
  • Referring leads and opportunities to the dealer network and monitoring outcomes
  • Creating and maintaining customer and quotation records in the CRM database
  • Utilizing Some channels to create sales opportunities
  • CRM order Processing / Sales order management
  • Assist in the organisation of Exhibitions
About youAs an Internal Sales Executive, you must be/have:
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Organised with good time management and planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong IT proficiency
  • Preference for candidates with plant and machinery experience
About the rewardsFor the role of Internal Sales Executive there is a salary on offer of £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending upon experience and benefits include:
  • 25 days plus bank holidays
