Internal Recruiter / Recruitment Business Partner, Excellent Salary, working on a 12-month fixed term contract, Fully Remote / Home based – flexible in terms of candidate location (UK)We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter / Resourcing Business Partner to work on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. The role will primarily focus on managing day-to-day recruitment activities, particularly focusing on sales, managerial, and office-basedroles at all levels. This role will be instrumental in driving the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic organisation.The role:Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for sales, managerial, and office-based positions, aligning with organisational goals and objectives.End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, providing strategic resourcing advice and building strong working relationships.Talent Pipelining: Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles, anticipating future hiring needs and ensuring a ready pool of qualified candidates.Candidate Experience: Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring positive interactions throughout the recruitment process and contributing to our employer brand.Data Analysis: Utilise recruitment metrics and data to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, contributing to ongoing process enhancements.Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies in the recruitment process.Key Duties: The HR Business Partner role exists to enable the business areas to achieve their objectives, both through and for their people.
