Internal Recruiter / Recruitment Business Partner, Excellent Salary, working on a 12-month fixed term contract, Fully Remote / Home based – flexible in terms of candidate location (UK)We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter / Resourcing Business Partner to work on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. The role will primarily focus on managing day-to-day recruitment activities, particularly focusing on sales, managerial, and office-basedroles at all levels. This role will be instrumental in driving the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic organisation.The role:Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for sales, managerial, and office-based positions, aligning with organisational goals and objectives.End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, providing strategic resourcing advice and building strong working relationships.Talent Pipelining: Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles, anticipating future hiring needs and ensuring a ready pool of qualified candidates.Candidate Experience: Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring positive interactions throughout the recruitment process and contributing to our employer brand.Data Analysis: Utilise recruitment metrics and data to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, contributing to ongoing process enhancements.Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies in the recruitment process.Key Duties: The HR Business Partner role exists to enable the business areas to achieve their objectives, both through and for their people. This means they work collaboratively across the People and functional teams to ensure the organisation structure, talent management,recruitment, engagement and performance management enables their people to develop and to succeed, in turn ensuring the business is successful.
