Job Description

  • Generalist HR duties within a global leading leisure company
  • Join a well established team as the lead HR Advisor and help the company expand
Client Details
  • Established for over 40 years market leaders and with over 9000 employees
  • Operating over 1600 sites within the UK
DescriptionReporting directly to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will be responsible for but not limited to;
  • All HR functions across the business and employee life cycle
  • Advising managers and senior stakeholders on processes and procedures, in line with the companies best practice
  • Lead on the lower scale grievance, absence, disciplinary, maternity, paternity and exit interviews
  • Responsible for the 360 recruitment and on boarding processes
  • Running performance data and reporting on KPIs across the business
  • Lead projects to develop company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for making sure all records are kept up to date
ProfileThe successful HR Advisor will have the following;
  • Proven track record within HR
  • CIPD level 5 or working towards
  • Be able to have high communication skills across all stakeholders
  • People focused attitude and a want to improve processes and procedures
