Job Title: HNCDI Training Assurance LeadSalary: UKRI Band D £31,931 - £34,709 or UKRI Band E £39,748 gross per annum Dependent on ExperienceLocation: Daresbury Laboratory- WarringtonContract Type: 3 Year Fixed Term ContractHours: Full Time (We understand the importance of work-life balance, and are happy to discuss the possibility of flexible working with applicants)Do you pride yourself as an excellent communicator, both in writing and speaking Do you have an understanding of the training needs across a variety of Industries Are you engaging and empathetic to understand the needs of learnersThe Hartree Centre (part of the Science and Technology Facilities Council) are seeking a Training Assurance Lead to validate the quality of a range of training courses to meet organization needs ranging from introductory to practitioner levels and focusingon the following subject areas; AI Enhanced Modelling and Simulation, HPC & AI Enhanced Data Analysis, Exascale and Scalable AI, and Hybrid Computing & Computing Continuum.The Training Assurance Lead will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of a range of training content in support of the program so requires an understanding and awareness of the training needs across industry sectors. You will assess and moderatetraining materials for suitability and learning level, to ensure consistency across subject areas adhering to embedded assurance standards. You will work with the Hartree Centres Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Management System (QMS) to document, maintainand operate relevant processes relating to training materials and course development.You will maintain processes for course development in the Hartree quality management system and moderate course outlines across subjects areas to ensure consistency in learning levels. You will Identify and communicate opportunities for process and qualityimprovements derived from feedback provided by course attendees.To succeed in this role, you will have:
