Job Description

Must be passionate about continuous improvement and have an ability to adapt their approach in an ever-evolving industry, someone who can think strategically and bases decisions and recommendations on data.The role will require co-ordination and facilitation of multiple large- and small-scale projects while documenting, presenting and updating on progress. Must be able to utilise a range of communication activities to proactively shape and develop the reputation of business, both internally and externally. Confidence to challenge and participate with ideas and solutions is a must for this critical role, however, direct experience is not necessary, we would be looking to nurture and develop your talent and business acumen with exposure and guidance.Desirable qualifications and experience;

  • Strategy implementation and financial management experience
  • Managing meetings, from preparation to execution of follow-up actions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of managing a variety of stakeholders
  • Production of business reports, presentations, agenda’s, meeting minutes and actions
  • Degree level education (desirable)
