Job Description

Finance assistant - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance assistant to join one of the UKs supply of lifestyle products based in Warrington on a fixed term contract of 12months.Duties include:

  • Administer and continuously maintain accurate records in relation to customer rebates.
  • Administer and maintain sales ledger, purchase ledger and cash postings for the Ireland business
  • Administration and analysis of cash expenses, credit card expenses and company vehicles.
  • Prepare various reports to assist in the preparation of the monthly management accounts and for analysis purposes.
  • Monthly reconciliation of various balance sheet items and identification of any discrepancies
YOU:
  • Previous experience in a finance role
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Excellent excel skills)
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
Benefits
  • Salary up to £33k DOE
  • Flexible working - finishing earlier on a Friday
