Job Description

Today, we offer a unique blend of personalised expertise and empowering technology to enable our clients to achieve greater success.Role Overview:The role holder will work independently to lead the full range of activities relating to theCaroola property strategy and network of office locations across the UK. They will actas the primary point of contact with our landlords, suppliers, and facilities partners,providing a safe and efficient workplace environment. The role requires the setting anddelivery of high professional standards across all areas of facilities management,including planned and reactive maintenance, health and safety activities, and capitalThe role holder will be accountable for adherence to all legislation, company and site policiesand procedures in these areas.This role will be primarily based 3 days a week from our Warrington HQ with occasional travelrequiredRole and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the provision of facilities management across Caroola sites and homeworking network.
  • Plan and lead building/infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are designed and implemented to deliver the defined outcomes within the agreed budget as well as complying with site and statutory regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and contractual obligations relating to building operations, site regulations, health and safety and environmental standards.
  • Operate as the primary point of contact with our various landlords, security management, site personnel and suppliers.
  • Ensure effective delivery, management and control of all subcontracted facilities management services and supply.
  • Undertake the necessary Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance where necessary.
  • Manage the facilities and building budgets, ensuring value for money in all areas.
  • Lead stakeholder management with contractors.
  • Take a lead role, with CFO in lease reviews and ensure a timely delivery of the programme is achieved.
  • Develop and deliver the property and facilities strategy in relation to offices, flexible working spaces and homeworking under guidance from Exec.
  • Lead and manage the health and safety agenda, ensuring all relevant risk assessments are undertaken fully and compliantly.
  • Manage additional facilities activities or projects as directed.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Experienced in working with a broad range of partners and suppliers
  • Understanding the legal and compliance framework relating to H&S and risk
  • assessments
  • Procurement capability
  • Experience of office moves and closure and understanding of the dilapidation process
  • Project management
  • Full understanding of health and safety frameworks
Qualification and Education Requirements:
  • BIFM
  • NEBOSH
  • PRINCE2
