My client is currently recruiting for a Digital Development Manager to join their team in Warrington.They are looking for someone for the long term to join their business and help shape our Digital team ensuring high quality, timely delivery.The Digital Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supporting cross-functional teams managing projects within the digital workstream requiring high integrity, rigor and a collaborative approach, which is personable and constructive.You should have a solid background working with Microsoft Dev stack technologies coupled with strong organisational skills to manage the workplan, deliver results and apply continuous improvement. The team will comprise of up to ten web developers, testers and application specialists but will also enable you to be hands on when required.The role will be partially home based but will also involve some in-office collaboration when required.Role responsibilities include:• You will lead a multi-faceted team with many skills and varied requirements and be exposed to a full web technology stack including Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC and WebAPI, AngularJS, React, Typescript, Microsoft SQL Server and Umbraco CMS.• Lead and support the Digital/Development Team including knowledge sharing, collaboration, and prioritisation of workload• Contribute to new development projects, delivering them from inception to completion, on time and within budget• Liaising with external customers to identify high-level and technical requirements• Keeping yourself and the team up to date with emerging technologies• Responsible for testing solutions to acceptable standards• Continually maintaining and updating existing solutions• Continually maintaining and updating existing transactional web solutions and insurance back office systems (OpenGI Transactor)• Continually improving and evolving systems, processes, and developments to ensure the highest levels of availability, security, and future proofing.Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.Please Note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
