We are looking for an experienced CyberOps Specialist to join a forward-thinking and reputable business that are currently going through a major digital transformation. This role will directly support the IT Security Manager in ensuring that all IT Services are delivered in a way which supports the confidentiality, integrity & availability of systems and data - whilst complying with good practice principles and regulatoryrequirements.You will work on the strategic design of the security control infrastructure, monitoring capabilities and support the compliance with IT Security policies. Youd also cover the design & monitoring of cloud services, compliance with cloud security policies -offering specialist support & guidance to the development cells.Youd work collaboratively with tech teams across the business, particularly when it comes to the build & implementation of new cloud services.Skills & Experience:* Strong IT Security knowledge and background * Knowledge in cloud computing, Azure or DevOps technologies is desired * Strong understanding of IT risks, controls and mitigation techniques* Strong knowledge on vulnerability scanning techniques* Experience with secure web proxies such as Zscaler, identity platforms such as Cyberark and Octa, logging & monitoring solutions such as Spluk * Experience & knowledge in EDR, XDR technologies* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an autonomous role where you will play a vital role in how this business moves forward. The broad nature of this role allows you to have full ownership across projects, involved in the full end to end process fromthe design to hands on implementation Mostly remote, you just need to be able to get to their Warrington offices for ad hoc meetings
