Job Description

*This role is for a 3 month fixed term contract*American Golf is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Warrington. As a member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding theirexpectations.Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-class customer service via voice, email, or live chat
  • Ensuring all communication via phone or email is handled professionally and promptly
  • Recording details of customer comments on the CRM database provided, leaving clear notes
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered, non-golfers do not worry full training will be provided
  • Building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service
  • Achieving key targets set • Adhering to quality standards and ensuring consistency in all interactions
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in our Warrington office
