Your next employer is a well-respected logistics company based in Appleton. You will be a Customer Controller working in great existing team with the starting salary £22,000 per annum. You will get free food all day from the restaurant onsite, freecar parking and a loyalty bonus! Your own transport is essential due to location. Nights postition Tuesday to Thursday. What will you be doing as a Customer Controller* Ensuring all jobs are created into the in-house system for delivery as per customer requirements * First point of contact with the customer regarding any queries prior to the collection on or after the day of delivery of goods * Liaising with the route planning department regarding extra or short notice loads * Organising the return and redelivery of goods for customers following the agreed process *Applying the correct rates and job types ensuring all charges are correct * Communicating effectively with an excellent telephone manner We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:* Experience within similar role would be an advantage * In-bound customer service experience * Good Knowledge of Microsoft systems essential * Excellent communication skills * Driving licence due to the location * Any logistics experience would be an advantage What will you get in return for your work as a Customer Controller* £22,000 per annum * 28 Holiday days including bank holidays * Tuesday to Thursday 6pm to 6am * Free onsite parking * Free food from the onsite restaurant * Loyalty bonus after 5 years of service * Rewards app * Staff Shop * Learning, Development and Progression opportuinites * Gym Membership Discount To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
