Job Description

Customer Acquisition Agent DepartmentCustomer AcquisitionLocationWarringtonReporting toCustomer Acquisition Team ManagerLeadership ResponsibilitiesManages self and uses technical and professional knowledge and skills to achieve agreed objectives and over time makes increased contributions. Results are achieved through accepting company culture and adopting professional standards. Works effectivelywith fellow employees, customers and others.Key Working RelationshipsCustomers, colleagues across the business including underwriting/pay out team and our approved dealer network. Job Purpose Completes relevant due diligence checks on Go Car Credits approved customers to ensure full eligibility against company criteria.Establishes customers affordability for the loan by assessing proofs - calculating monthly income and identifying any evidence of financial distress.Completes a telephone income and expenditure check with customers to establish monthly outgoings to ensure loan repayments are affordable and sustainable for the term of the agreement.Provides a full quotation and explanation of services and guides the customer through their finance agreement. Ensures key information is explained and fully understood.Regularly makes outbound calls to approved customers to actively progress applications to completion. Role Responsibilities *Fully reviews all proofs received to verify customers identity and establish customers monthly income. Where bank statements are received - review bank conduct to establish affordability.*Complete Income and Expenditure call with customers to gain accurate monthly outgoings information. Assesses the customers ability to repay the loan over the term of the agreement.*Ensures all information on finance application is fully and accurately completed. Gains relevant marketing consents from customers.*Completes formal quotation with customers confirming loan repayments are affordable for full term.*Discusses and gains agreement from customers on Payment Reminder System.*Completes Pre-Sign up call with customers to detail the offer of credit, SECCI and HPA ensuring each element is explained in full.*Gains customers confirmation that they have a full understanding of all documents and requirements and are happy to proceed*Makes outbound calls to customers to progress all applications to completion.*Effectively handles inbound calls from customers and dealers querying statuses of applications.
