With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our clients needs with locallysourced seasonal menus. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.Job description:Your key responsibilities as Conference & Events Coordinator will consist of:- Ensuring that enquiries are taken efficiently and within parameters set in the Service Level Agreement- Preparing quotes and contracts for events ensuring all details are completed- Following up all leads/enquiries within the parameters set in the Service Level Agreement- Completing sales show rounds within the venue- Ensuring that profit margins are maintained, agreed costs are not exceeded through effective control systems- Communicating with the Operations department throughout- Ensuring that enquiries, messages, bookings are dealt with courteously and efficiently- Completing all post-event marketing to achieve repeat bookings- Striving to anticipate customer needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction- Providing all customers with a professional, helpful, and friendly service at all times. To promote an attitude of caring and co-operation from all staff- Treating all internal and external customers in a polite and courteous manner at all times. To give full co-operation to any customer requiring assistance in a prompt, caring, and helpful manner. To be flexible in assisting around different areas of the stadiumin response to business and customer needs and carry out reasonable requests- Performing all tasks to a consistent standard- Take responsibility for own personal development by attending training sessions and meetings when required and operating in line with the training or information received- Achieving KPIs set by Site Manager/National Sales Manager- Demonstrating pride in the workplace and a high level of commitment- Maintaining regular and effective communication within the team and attend meetings when required- Complying with statutory and legal requirements for fire, health and safety, hygiene, licensing, and employmentProfile description:The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Conference & Events Coordinator include:- 1 years experience in a similar environment- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Reporting for duty in good time, clean and tidy and wearing the correct uniformWe offer:As part of your package, we are offering a salary of £21,000 per annum, together with a workplace pension.In addition, you will receive a fantastic selection of health, wellbeing, and lifestyle benefits, including a cycle to work scheme and discounts on cinemas, retail, restaurants, and family days out.
