Job Description

Compliance Co-ordinator / £23,000 - £24,000 / Birchwood / Permanent / Career DevelopmentNC Associates are supporting a national company who are continuing to grow rapidly. Due to growth, they require a Compliance Co-ordinator to join their team. As the Compliance Co-ordinator you will arrange, plan, monitor and coordinate activities and maximisefield team utilisation, delivering against KPI based revenue and activity targets. First line contact for customers enquiries, to promote a high level of customer service and commercial awareness at all times.Duties:

  • Scheduling Compliance visits.
  • Scheduling of Reactive Calls & Revisits (where required), liaising with core business service desk.
  • Scheduling of Remedial Works (Post PPM & Reactive visits).
  • Liaising with customers and assessors to maximize the productivity of the scheduling activities and deliver high quality customer service.
  • Taking frontline calls from customers, being the initial point of contact and resolving the customers query.
  • Ensuring all visits are booked efficiently in accordance with company procedures, maximizing utilization and efficiencies.
  • Ensuring customer SLA’s met whenever practicable and if not liaise with customers in a timely fashion accordingly.
  • Work across the team and wider group in managing national and key account customers as necessary to provide a seamless service.
  • Ensuring that data received from handheld devices is professional and compliant.
  • Managing/scheduling sub-contractors to ensure they are aware of /comply to company standards delivering required services in a professional and timely manner
  • Raising subcontract orders in line with company procedures.
  • Assisting with maintaining the compliance management database.
  • Booking hotel and accommodation for field staff as necessary and ensuring company procedures adhered to in the process.
  • Tracking work completion and the return of completed Risk Assessments and other worksheets/reports, supplying full and accurate information to other departments as required (eg accounts).
  • Generating or providing various management reports (KPIs, invoicing, weekly and monthly business updates etc) and taking action as appropriate to address issues.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks for the management team that help to maintain service levels and the division’s commercial/financial commitments.
