Accountable Recruitment are working with an expanding building and construction organisation based in Warrington for a Senior Commercial Director.As Senior Commercial Director you will sit on the board and oversee a team of quantity surveyors, estimators and buyers. This organisation is experiencing a high period of growth and plans to quadruple in both size of team and revenue in the next couple ofyears.Key day to day duties will include:-Ability to manage and coordinate the commercial department of a development company-Chair CVR meetings-Provide updates to board on actual costs against current works including profit to show bottom line -Produce financial forecasts-Responsible for managing all costs for each project -Prepare reports for board Experience required: -Previous experience working as a Commercial Director -Building and construction (residential build contracts) Benefits: Salary: £100k - £120k plus bonus up to 50% of annual salary Free car parking For more information please contact Paul Roberts at Accountable Recruitment.
