As a quick learner, youll be flexible to work in different areas, take responsibility for the work you do and alwaysshow good attention to detail.Please note all applicants must have held a valid UK Driving License for a minimum of 1 year What will I be doing in the roleOur Branch Assistants are very important to the smooth running of the business. Their role is important to help ensure products are where they need to be on time, in perfect condition. As well as working with our customers to ensure they are receiving thebest customer experience and always working with the customers needs at the forefront. To support our customers to succeed you will;

• Deal with a range of customers face to face and over the phone, always offering exceptional customer service even when under pressure.
• Guiding and influencing customers with expert product knowledge.
• Ensure showroom displays are accurate, current, clean & tidy and POS up to date
• Carry out all cash transactions, refunds and till processes accurately and in accordance with branch procedures
• Pick items to fulfill customer orders, as well as checking any incoming products against the Proof of Delivery, complete documentation as required
• Ensure that returns are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner
• Demonstrate flexibility and team-working in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the overall business
• Check incoming stock deliveries and put away in appropriate area
• Pick goods for outgoing orders and placing in loading bay.
• Prepare for and carry out regular stock takes in accordance with company procedures.
• Operate Manual Handling Equipment.
• Willingly undertake general housekeeping duties.
• Assist with the loading of company vehicles, ensuring loads are safe and secure.
• All duties to be completed in line with current Health & Safety Guide lines.
• Assist with customers collecting goods in a professional manner.
• Any reasonable duty as requested by your Line Manager.
