Job Description

Assistant Management Accountant£25,000Warrington £3,000 pay rise after training is complete This Assistant Management Accountant role gives you everything you need to advance your career. This includes.

  • Exposure to all areas of advanced business accounting to complement studies and achieve membership status
  • Clear route of progression from Assistant Management Accountant through to Management Accountant with a structured timeline to achieve this

Essentially within 18 months you will have achieved all the experience and exposure required to position yourself as an assured Management Accountant ready to obtain the necessary post qualification experience.Your core responsibilities in the job would cover the following.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the management accounts
  • Preparing, monitoring, and controlling analyses for prepayments and accruals
  • VAT reconciliations
  • Maintaining fixed asset register
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Managing the cash flow of the business, including weekly reporting, intercompany transactions, and proposals around treasury management
