This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a UK-leading Equipment Company, located in the Biggin Hill area. You will focus on aiding customers with ordering new products and chasing deliveries with carriers
Handling and resolving issues such as damaged/missing/faulty items - liaising between internal sales team, suppliers and customers to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
Dealing with customers via phone/email/live chat
Ensuring that internal records are kept up to date all times.

Previous experience within a Customer Service Advisor role
Good communication and timekeeping skills
Good MS Office skills
Deadline driven
Strong attention to detail
Team player
