Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISORHave you got experience in front-line telephone based customer services in a busy fast paced environment and working as part of a service driven team.. if so then our well established client just outside of Harlow and Ware has an outstanding role for you.THE JOB

  • Looking after you client accounts either by incoming or outgoing telephone calls or emails
  • building a rapport with your clients to ensure that they keep their business on board
  • be able to listen to your customer needs and go the extra mile to deliver an outstanding service
  • let clients know of any new services or current promotions within the company
  • be adept with your admin, composition of emails correspondence and IT literate
  • team environment and professional business with excellent benefits
  • WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
  • Previous experience in customer services and used to up sales and cross selling where identified
  • Ability to deal with B2C and B2B customer calls
  • Good attention to detail and listening skills
