Job Title: Admissions ManagerLocation: WareSalary: £35k - £40k dependent upon experienceJob Type: 08.30 - 4.30pm Monday to Friday (during term time and College holidays). Willing to run and attend Open Days and other School events outside normal School hours including occasional weekends (for which time is given in lieu).The Company:St Edmunds College offers modern facilities in a magnificent country setting in rural Hertfordshire, providing a safe and stimulating environment for young minds.The Role:We require an Admissions Manager to manage and oversee key elements of the Colleges admissions process on a day-to-day basis and to assist in developing a clear admissions strategy in liaison with the Director of External Relations, maximising the numberof enquiries, visits, registrations, and joiners and improving long term retention.In addition, the Admissions Manager will line manage the Admissions team - initially just the UK Admissions activity and will be responsible for preparation of weekly numbers and reporting on trends and market changes, as well as being comfortable meetingfamilies and representing the College at both internal and external events.The role includes promoting the Prep and College to a variety of audiences and the Admissions Manager will need to be an effective advocate for the College.About you: The successful candidate will welcome the many opportunities to contribute to the lively extra-curricular life of the College, which is situated in rural East Hertfordshire.
