Senior Management Accountant | Prestwich/Whitefield | High Growth Retail | £50-60kAxon Moore have partnered with a fast growing e-commerce retailer who are looking to strengthen their finance team with a Senior Management Accountant. Lead the production of the monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, including variance analysis and commentaries
Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process
Mentorship of 2 part qualified Assistant Management Accountants
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
Work closely with the Financial Controller on the year end statutory accounts, audit and tax queries
Review accounting processes and practices to improve the efficiency of the finance function
Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth
Assisting the Financial Controller and CFO on ad-hoc analysis such as business cases for investment decisions
Support a strong learning culture within the team, helping to develop all finance colleagues by providing ad-hoc ‘on the job’ training

Person Specification:

Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA with proven Management Accounts experience
Ability to thrive within a fast paced environment
Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach
The ability to create effective working relationships quickly
Excellent Excel skills to include pivot tables, look-ups and various formulae
