Employees who began their Banham careers as trainees now head up our key departments, and we are proud to foster a working environmentthat encourages staff to stay with us for many years.What can you bring to BanhamAs a Senior Fire Engineer, you will have IndepthKnowledge of the fire industry alongside experience with installations, servicing and maintaining all aspects of Fire Safety products.

1. Your proven ability to manage and motivate a team will be paramount.
2. You will have delivered on fire engineering projects and services operating as technical lead and / or project manage, assuming responsibility for setting and meeting deadlines and keeping track of own financial performance and budgets.
3. An adept ability to develop fire strategy designs utilising a mixture of compliance and performance-based approaches within a wide range of sectors such as residential, commercial, heritage, sports grounds, healthcare etc
4. Be able to develop fire engineering solutions on projects and ensuring the fire engineering strategy is delivered
5. Have experience withIdentifying design related issues and propose solutions as appropriate
6. Be able to produce engineering designs, calculations and specifications using appropriate software
7. In every situation be customer and end user centric and cultivate that philosophy within the team
8. have previously undertaken onsite inspections and conducted inspections to ensure quality assurance of installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarms
9. Have been an on-site liaison with an NSI auditor
10. Your management experience will mean that you can support the development of less experienced team members and check their work in accordance with technical standards and sore operational procedures
11. Have an adept ability to prepare reports, take part in design team meetings, and liaise with key stakeholders (internal and external)
12. A desire to learn and to keep up to date with new technologies and innovations in fire engineering will enable you to brief the team where relevant.
