Job Description

GKR are working with a client who is part of a large network of offices across London with a fantastic reputation and this office in SW London needs an experienced Property Manager to look after a portfolio of approximately 70 properties and to deliver exceptional customer service.Relevant experience/responsibilities:

  • Experience in residential property management. We have an expanding portfolio which we want to continue growing
  • Experience in negotiating renewals, collecting rent, referencing tenants, change of occupancies, tenancy agreements/admin, handling security deposits, dealing with landlords, rental arrears, serving Section 21 notices, etc
  • Invoicing
  • Coordinate with contractors and resolve maintenance issues timely and cost-effectively
  • Some office administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive working ethos, following things through until the job is done
    • Bonus requirements - (or in house training can be offered):
  • ARLA Qualified
  • Experience with Reapit or similar property software
