Job Description

Due to a significant rise in activity my client, a leading boutique Audio Visual specialist, currently seek a polite, friendly and reliable Administrator to join their front office team.Duties will be varied and will include:

  • Reception and meet and greet duties
  • Liaising with colleagues, supplier and clients
  • Signing for deliveries
  • Organising internal meetings as well as booking travel arrangements for senior members of the team
  • managing the client database
  • maintaining office stationary
  • Assist with the preparation of reports
  • General administration
  • Applicants will be well presented with excellent communication skills and previous administration experience. You will be able to prioritise conflicting demands whilst maintaining a professional and courteous approach at all times.This is a great opportunity to work for a highly reputed organisation in the Ultra High End Audio Visual industry offering a friendly working environment and part time hours (Monday to Friday 9 - 2 or 10 - 3)Please note that all applications will be forwarded directly to my client.
