A fantastic independent two-form entry school situated in Earlsfield, are seeking a Key Stage 2 Teacher to work in a Year 4 class. This position is to start in September 2021. The role is a full-time, long term for one academic year with the view to be extended into the next academic year. For the successful candidate, there is also the potential for a permanent contract to be offered.The role: Year 4 Key Stage 2 TeacherAs a Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher, youll develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives. Youll facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with pupils, keeping your learning resources organised and creating a positive learning environment in the classroom.Your role is to develop and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability and aptitude.You will assess and record progress and prepare pupils for national tests. You will link pupils knowledge to earlier learning and develop ways to encourage it further, challenging and inspiring pupils to help them deepen their knowledge and understanding.You must be calm, empathetic, patient and up for a challenge.
