Head Therapist required for this stunning salon in the Wimbledon area.Our client is an established, busy big brand salon with an excellent reputation. After a successful reopening period, they are looking to recruit a hands-on Head Therapist to join their team. Duties will include:* Assuming day-to-day responsibilities for managing the salon* Leading the team, managing performance and development* Delivering a wide range of holistic and electrical treatments with a focus on facials* Managing and enhancing guest experience* Proactively optimising retail sales* Creating engaging social media content including videoThis role is ideally suited to someone who is passionate about skincare and has excellent technical knowledge. Candidates must hold a minimum NVQ L3 qualification with electrical bias.
