An exciting Sustainable and award-winning Promotional Merchandise brand is looking for a Business Development Executive. This brand is owned by a global organisation but you will work in the division which is smaller, so you get to work in a boutique styleenvironment. They create, design, and consult clients on the most creative products and merchandising strategies around! Are you the driven salesperson they have been looking forLocation: WFH flexible working + a London office. You are expected to be in 2 days a week and the rest WFH. offices are based near Mitcham however for the right person they will offer flexibility further to 2 days a week, it could be 1 day a week or even monthly - dependingon your location and what you want! You and what the role is: *You will be working in any vertical selling the services and products *New Business, being able to identify who will be the right organisation to contact*Building relationships with new customers, asking the right questions to identify what Promotional Goods, Merchandise and Marketing material they could benefit from *Understand the importance of Sustainability especially with the use of plastic within promotional goods*Working towards a Sales Target, KPIs*We want you to love what you do and believe in the values - being positive and enthusiastic. Benefits: *Pension: 4% Company matched pension scheme administered by AEGON*Holiday: 33 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays and 3 office closure days) pro-rated.
