Job Description

Principle accountabilities

  • Sub-Sector Strategy: Supports the Brand Director in the creation of the 1 / 3 / 5 year strategy for their defined Brand sub-sector (these will come from the four overarching sectors of Apparel & Accessories; H&B / Tech / Automotive; Home / Garden / Grocery;F&B / Leisure) to deliver maximum brand partner growth and guest impact in alignment with the other three Brand sectors and the Research & Insight team.
  • Business Planning: Works in close collaboration with the Asset teams across Workplace and Lifestyle divisions to distil this 1 / 3 / 5 year strategy into their individual asset strategies and plans.
  • Acquisition & Growth: Delivers their Brand Partner CRM strategy through the complete lifecycle ownership of their Brand Partner relationships, working closely with the Research & Insight team to execute the leasing strategies by utilising the full suiteof Retail Products to deliver maximum commercial return and guest experience.
  • Brand Management: Owns the CRM plan for their sub-sector as an internal and external industry expert, creating the right level of engagement and dynamic thinking for each Brand Partner within the overall BAM framework to deliver the optimum partnershipexperience.
  • Guest Experience: Works in collaboration with the Customer team to build deeper Brand Partnerships, harnessing the power of Brands to mutual benefit and to contribute to the overall strategies relating to guest experience
