Our people are well mannered, enthusiastic and committed to delivering an exceptionalexperience for our customers whether they shop on the web, at one of our events or in one of our many stores across the country.To work alongside the Branch Merchandising team to ensure all channels are supported by the execution of accurate stock allocations, maximising sales through managing replenishment levels and identifying stock and sales opportunities.Analysis / Administration

  • Run and distribute key Monday reports for Monday trade
  • Reviewing reports to identify stock and sales opportunities on a weekly basis and feedback with any insights and take action where necessary
  • Update all trackers - Maintain data and keep all records updated.
  • Work closely with and support the product team
  • Carry out any ad-hoc duties to support to the department as and when required.
Stock Management:
  • Working with the team to allocate stock to stores in line with new phase launches
  • Looking at replenishment on best selling lines to maximise in-store availability
  • Manage stock requests from stores via dedicated inbox
  • Maintaining a strong working relationship with our Retail teams
  • Working across all channels (Wholesale, Ecom, Prime, Outlet and Marketplaces) to ensure all stock movements happen efficiently
  • Monitoring the new intake is put away and is available for allocations, working with Logistics to resolve any issues
  • Building stock packages for new stores
Commercial Awareness
  • Keen interest in product, trends and market activity.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of the Crew market and target client base.
Other:
  • Build & maintain relationships with other departments across the business.
In order to be successful in this position you will have the following:

  • Good Microsoft Excel and IT skills.
  • An understanding of the principles of merchandising and analysis.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
