This is a lesson/ day/afternoon/ or morning you spend at school working in the classroom exploring what could become your new place of work. You will havea chance to teach your preferred subject and flaunt your capabilities in a classroom which may be observed by a member of SLT. You will get a chance to meet your pupils, plus the staff and key departments.Your interview will usually be a dedicated slot withinyour trial.CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
  • A confident Teacher recognised as a Good or above practitioner with strong behaviour management skills
  • The ability to teach a diverse range of pupils and set tasks and homework for a mixed ability class
