Job Description

Operations ManagerWe have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations /Multi-site Manager to lead and manage supported living services located predominately in North London. and East London and in locations accessible to the M25. They cater for people with learning disabilities, mental health challenges and dual diagnosis who present with a variety of complex needs. The focus is to ensure person centred care that supports individuals to achieve independence, reach their potential and enable them to lead an inclusive lifestyle.Key duties of the Operations Manager role

  • Responsible for providing operational and strategic leadership and management
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the services within budget requirements
  • Developing and mentoring your staff team and the Registered Managers
  • Committed to the delivery of high -quality person centred services
Key requirements for the Operations Manager role
  • Proven experience as a strong, supportive and effective Operations/Mult-site/Area Manager within the LD /MH sectors
  • You need to haver been a registered Manager previously
  • Clear understanding snd proven track record at multi site management
  • A proven ability to meet and maintain CQC requirements with strong understanding of the KLOES
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • QCF Level 5 in social care /NVQ level 4 /equivalent qualification and experience
