We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Estates and Facilities Manager to work for an award-winning College situated in East London.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take responsibility for the management of the College site and help ensure that they can offer the best possible facilities for theirstudents and staff.As Estates Manager, you will be responsible for managing building projects, the maintenance of the College estate and the management of health and safety. Leading the College’s site team, you will also have responsibility for overseeing the work undertaken by external contractors and service providers, which will include cleaning and security.You will need to have a solid understanding and experience of building management and maintenance. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to provide specialist advice and guidance to others. You will also be able to work well with other managers to deliver integrated solutions within budget.
