You will be joining a team of like-minded people, with a passion for horticulture and a flair for garden design. So, you really do get the chance to grow with us.What you’ll needWe want someone who takes a personal pride in the grounds work that they do, so whether that is weeding, mowing, strimming, cutting or replanting we know that when our valued customers see the excellent service you have provided they will feel as proud as you do with the finished result. You will need to be experienced in ground maintenance and gardening, with a methodical approach and excellent attention to detail. This role will be based in the Waltham Abbey area, so you will also need to have a full driving licence.As you are an experienced grounds person, you may even have Lantra training, or certificates for NPTC, PA1 and PA6, and these would be desirable although not essential, as would the experience of towing trailers. However, we can provide guidance and training on many areas.
