About the roleAre you a experienced support worker or HealthCare assistant looking to join an exceptional team of people Do you have a passion for working on the front line of a busy and varied business, providing the highest quality of care to our valued clientsWe are looking for people who are experienced in caring for EB (Recessive Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa ) clients either in their own homes or resident/hospital settings.This role is to Support a male client with EB who loves in his own home. This would include support with daily treatment of his skin condition, maintain good hygiene with assistance with personal care, support with domestic tasks and cooking as needed.This client can, at times, be challenging towards carers so experience of dealing with challenging behaviour and de-escalation experience is essential.We are looking to recruit staff with previous experience in EB ideally that are willing to be trained up to provide the treatment. This will come with an increase in pay once this tra9ining is successfully completed. Training will involve shadowing, competency and theory training.Support is Monday to Friday- day shifts only.You must be able to support with at least 3 shifts per week and be flexible.Rates of Pay: £11.00 - £16.00 per hour*SDA Section 7 appliedWe can offer you:
