Senior IT Support Analyst - Birmingham - Permanent - £25,000 - £35,000 +Benefits/TrainingONE STAGE NTERVIEW PROCESSMJM Recruitment are partnered exclusively with a successful and growing organisation within the logistics and manufacturing industry.Due to company, growth they are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis at their Head Office.As an experienced Senior IT Support Analyst, you will need to be a team player and have a mix/match of the skills and experience below, even if you dont have all the experience below, our client will provide support and on the job training.Role Responsibilities

  • Providing 1st and 2nd Line Support to users within the UK
  • Provide support and assistance to user requests through the helpdesk across the organisation ensuring timely solutions
  • Support and Administration of Office365 and other organisational technology platforms
  • Providing user support on Excel and Business Intelligence on Data Analytics
  • Overseeing the daily tasks of Junior IT support
  • Manage and support PCs, Laptops, Phones, IT Infrastructure, Networks, Servers, printers, software, and Cloud IT solutions (Azure)
  • Ensure regular maintenance of IT systems is performed to ensure correct and reliable functioning
  • Oversee disaster recovery systems in line with company strategy together with supporting processes and manage testing of plans to preserve the ability to recover IT systems in event of a disaster
  • Ensure all required legal standards and technology licences are followed and kept up to date
  • Maintain good working relationships with IT suppliers and support companies
  • Continual risk management surrounding evolving cyber security threat
  • Investigation of new technologies to improve practices and solve problems
  • Support the business with increase technology demand
