Job Description

Brilliant opportunity for a Sales Ledger Clerk to work for a successful client of ours. Based in Aldridge, our client are looking to hire on a permanent, full-time basis.Reporting into the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the sales ledger, bringing cash in and other administrative duties.Other responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and accurately processing sales invoices
  • Sending out credit notes
  • Credit control duties including chasing missing invoices and resolving supplier queries to ensure invoices are paid
  • Allocating cash accurately onto the system and posting cash receipts
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • Maintaining the nominal ledger and assisting other areas of Accounta
  • Completing any other ad-hoc duties as requested by management
