We are partnering with a specialist Automotive manufacturer in Walsall as they look to recruit a Quality Manager.Client DetailsOur Client is a market leading specialist Automotive Manufacturing company based in the Walsall. With significant capital available for future planned expansion, this role would be getting ahead of the curve to oversee and sustain throughout and after the growth period. Entering the business as a Quality Manager this position offers sizeable opportunities further within the business throughout Production and Operations. The successful candidate will have experience auditing against IATF/ISO9001, have a strong Quality problem solving ability & ideally be six sigma trained or accredited.Description· Implement and introduce Quality control plans that will standardise Quality across the plant· Inspect all goods in and goods out, helping reduce quality defects· Help and offer service to other Production during busy times within the business· Develop and support ISO9001/IATF integration across the business· Provide strong man management and leadership to the Quality team to ensure members are continually developingProfile
