Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our Accounting & Finance Department. The role will involve managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with other departments to drive businessgrowth.   • Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting & finance department.
  • Monitor and analyse financial data and make recommendations based on this analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Coordinate and prepare financial statements.
  • Evaluate financial performance and propose action plans.
  • Train and mentor finance department staff.
ProfileA successful Finance Manager should have:
  • Recognised accountancy qualification, preferably ACA or ACCA
  • Big 4/Top 10 practice background
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
