Job Description

Excited to say Alexander Daniels are supporting a well-established manufacturer and supplier, based in Aldridge, for the recruitment of a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is a permanent, onsite role.Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices, reconciling statements and managing customer relationships.Other responsibilities include:

  • Process a high number of invoices (multi-currency included) and raising purchase orders
  • Reconcile all supplier statements and bank accounts
  • Maintain excellent supplier relationships and process all documents and resolve queries
  • Posting and allocating supplier payments
  • To assist with month-end tasks
  • Complete any other ad-hoc duties as requested by management
