Job Description

As Office Manager, you will be supporting the Chairman, CEO, and COO with administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the 19 stores.Client DetailsMy client, based in Walsall, is a leading and independent Pharmaceutical company seeking an Office Manager on a permanent basis.DescriptionAs Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Diary management
  • Administration & co-ordination of training across the business
  • Promote staff training and development
  • Ensure office supplies and resources are stocked and replenished
  • Liaise with employees, managers and SMT to ensure adherence to L&D process
  • Assist with Recruitment & On-boarding
  • Conduct branch visits for onsite training
  • Ensure all employee databases are maintained and current at all times
  • Assist with contracts & follow up
ProfileThe successful Office Manager will have the following experience:
  • Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong IT skills
  • Be thorough & organised
  • Confident ability to lead and manage
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Full UK Driving Licence
Job OfferAs Office Manager, you will be entitled to the following:
  • £35,000 - £40,000 per annum dependent on experience
  • Permanent role
  • Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm/ 9:00am - 6:00pm (30 minute lunch)
  • Pension with NOW Pensions

  • 28 days annual leave rising to 30 days after two years of service
