L&D Advisor - Training Based in Walsall Salary £30,000 - £35,000 + Car allowance Permanent positionThe role: As the Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for employees. You will work closely with the HR and Marketing team to design, implement, and coordinate training across the businessat all levels.We are looking for someone who has the confidence, knowledge and ability to influence a room whilst delivering key training sessions, and also the proven background of this e.g. Inductions, Brand Training or Mandatory training.Key Responsibilities:·Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop or reinvent customised learning solutions. ·Create and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules. ·Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees seeking personal and professional development. ·Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators. ·Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our L&D offerings. ·Build strong relationships with employees to understand their development aspirations and provide guidance. ·Foster a positive and inclusive learning culture within the organisation.For further information, call Katie on
